The Perinatal Institute is a not-for-profit organization and qualified provider of maternity support services including education and training in standardized maternity records, fetal growth assessment and perinatal audit.
During my time at Perinatal, I contributed to impactful projects, including the development of an NHS-used maternity care app, illustrations featured in Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology leaflets, and educational materials adopted by New Zealand maternity services. I also created a visual identity still in use across the company’s social media three years later. I was responsible for developing and producing content across both digital and print media, using a range of software including Adobe InDesign, XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. My role involved creating inclusive and diverse illustrations that represent ethnic minority groups, various nationalities, and the LGBTQ+ community. Working within a small graphic design team strengthened my ability to multitask, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
